Assignment: Owners needed a valuation analysis and SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis.
What we did: Completed SWOT and valuation analysis. Worked with owners to develop plans to address weaknesses and threats.
- Client B: Specialized project staffing business providing compliance support to large financial institutions.
Assignment: One of the two owners wanted to retire and Garville Corp. was retained to identify strategic alternatives.
What we did: A number of partnership opportunities were presented and evaluated. Garville Corp. identified Withum, a forward-thinking, technology-driven advisory and accounting firm, who formed a new partnership with the client.
- Client C: National channel distribution partner serving the avionics, military and space industries.
Assignment: Owners seeking to retire. Garville Corp. was retained to value the business and develop strategic alternatives including sale, merger or recapitalization.
What we did: Drafted a confidential information memorandum and identified a select group of strategic investors. The client has received interest from a number of qualified investor groups.
